Welcome! Thanks for visiting my page. The idea of counseling can be scary no matter what our age and this is a huge step. Finding the right “fit” can be critical for your success in counseling. Let me tell you a bit about my practice to see if it helps in your search. Most people come to my practice to gain a sense of what patterns are keeping them stuck (even when past counseling as not worked). Together we face what has been avoided in order to achieve greater satisfaction and fulfillment in our lives. I use humor to normalize symptoms of stress and provide a warm comfortable environment to let go and take new supported risks.
