Hi there, I'm Julie and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I work with kids, teens, and adults who have experienced trauma and stress, and are struggling with the aftermath. If you've experienced something scary, sad, or stressful, it's normal to have a lot of strong emotions that you may not know how to handle. Anxiety, fear, and anger might make you feel like there's something wrong with you or that you're out of control. My goal is to help you gain insight into how your past shows up in the here and now. I'm here to offer hope, because whatever you've experienced doesn't have to dictate who you are and who you want to become.
