Welcome to my private pratice! I have been providing psychotherapy to individuals and families since 1997. I currently work with adolescents and adults. I believe in using a strengths-based approach to help empower clients to achieve their goals and make significant, positive changes in their lives. I provide a warm, caring environment for clients to explore, clarify, and resolve their issues. You will receive support, feedback, and suggestions from me as you go through this process. I have an eclectic style in which I use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral techniques, solution focused, systems theory, and psychodynamic approaches, depending on my clients' needs. I also enjoy working with clients on a variety of issues such as grief and loss, parenting, relationship issues, coping skills, and life changes.
