As a Marriage and Family Therapist licensed in CT and NY, my desire in therapy is to help individuals, couples and families find hope in the midst of struggles and to be a partner in healing through a spirit of openness, empathy and non-judgment. I am trained in ERP, EMDR and EFT. I have a particular focus in trauma work, anxiety management and strengthening and supporting the healing of relationships.
