My ideal clients are teens and adults who feel like old patterns are holding them back, whether it's trauma, anxiety, grief, or the lingering effects of childhood experiences. They want to understand why they feel the way they do and learn tools to change it. Our work will help them process what they've been carrying, strengthen self-compassion, and move forward with more freedom and clarity.
