As a psychotherapist and creative arts therapist, I work with adults who are struggling with the demands of the modern world and want to find more joy and authenticity in their lives. Anxiety, depression, lack of motivation, and fear may be holding you back from living the life you want. I especially love working with women who are grappling with their identity.
