I provide psychological evaluations that offer clarity, helping identify strengths, challenges, and next steps. I offer assessments for ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Risk Assessments, Mood Disorders, Neurological Difficulties, and Learning Disorders. I am a therapist and fifth-year doctoral candidate in Clinical Psychology, providing services under the supervision of licensed psychologists. I offer a supportive, thoughtful approach grounded in evidence-based care, including DBT and CBT, to help individuals and families navigate emotional challenges, strengthen relationships, and move forward with confidence. I specialize in trauma, women’s health including postpartum and self-harm. My approach includes skills-based treatment, attention and organizational coaching, and therapy for individuals, families, and couples.
