I strive to provide a warm and non judgmental space that allows for relief from the burdens we carry each day. I believe everyone is equipped with the resources within to overcome challenges in their life, but sometimes we can get stuck. Life’s obstacles can often alter our perception of ourselves and others, and our perceptions about the world. We can easily lose sight of our inner strengths and disconnect from ourselves and others. You might find your mind racing, be overwhelmed with stress, or want to shut down. Through our work together, we will uncover new ways to expand your strengths and growth, identify unproductive patterns that do not serve you well, and develop healthier ways to view yourself. We will explore how past experiences sustain current patterns in your life and gain greater awareness and acceptance to why patterns have developed in the first place.
