Welcome to Creative Endeavors! I am here to support you in finding the healing potential within yourself. Just as our bodies heal from a cut, under the right conditions our psyche/soul can heal and thrive. It requires us to work together to foster meaning, purpose and new life through therapy which I call a "creative endeavor." Together we can form a compassionate partnership to explore who you are, your goals, hopes and dreams, in a safe, non-judgmental space. Clients may work with dreams, process emotions and use art to relieve anxiety. I also use EMDR for trauma, CBT to address depression and exposure therapy for OCD. Each session is tailored to the needs of the client.
