Welcome to Hope & Healing Therapy Services, LLC, in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I offer compassionate care and practical support tailored to your mental health needs. I strive to listen, teach and guide you through evidence-based treatment to help you heal and grow. Grief, loss, anxiety, sadness, stressful relationships, past trauma, and life transitions are the most common concerns addressed in my practice. I will sit with you in your pain and help you to find a way toward healing. I am certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT). I practice a compassionate & down-to-earth approach, and provide plenty of psychological education for you to learn about yourself and your treatment, as well as any clinical diagnosis present or revealed during therapy.
