Finding the right counselor can be intimidating and overwhelming, and I'm here to start whenever you're ready. I work with clients to help them find their strengths, let go of shame, grieve loss, ground themselves, adjust to life changes, and/or find joy and acceptance in who they are right now. For clients that want to see positive changes, I will be there to come alongside of them to help them grow in ways that they see as true to themselves.
