Deciding to come to therapy can be a very difficult decision. In the last 19 years of practicing, I've found that meeting my clients where they are is the most important part of my job. If you're struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, have trauma in your past or just want someone to listen while you talk through what's going on in your life, please give me a call. I have an extensive background in treating eating disorders and am also a certified EMDR therapist.
