Using authenticity, empathy, and a sense of humor I will work with you and your partner to develop new ways to communicate, improve your friendship, and increase intimacy. I am a level 3 trained Gottman Method specialist with the knowledge and experience to make change possible for your relationship. I have a breadth of experience working with couples including pre-marital counseling, loss of connection, lack of intimacy, affairs, addictions, parenting issues including children with mental health issues or disabilities. I have additional training in Level One (Externship) Emotion Focused Couples therapy and Relational Life Therapy with Terry Real.
