Reaching out for support can be hard, but you are not alone. Everyone has experienced their own life journey involving grief/loss, relational ruptures, parenting struggles or trauma. Sometimes this journey can leave adults in a place where it is hard to find the motivation to complete everyday tasks, manage life stress or have patience with our loved ones. This can be true for children too, which may cause them to struggle in school, have emotional outbursts or display signs of anxiety. No matter what is bringing you, your child, or family to this moment in time, I am honored to be a part of your journey.
