Hi there! I’m Julie, and I appreciate you taking the time to learn a bit more about me. My priority is to help you heal from the pain that trauma has left behind. If you’ve experienced harm from those around you who were supposed to care for you, whether that was a caregiver, intimate partner, or the systems and structures around us, you’ve likely been carrying the weight of those experiences for far too long.
