Hello, I'm Julie. My aim is to support women and girls in living a life that is present, engaging, and fulfilling. I believe in using mindfulness-based, somatic, and holistic approaches to help my clients. Together, we will learn how to assess and reflect on your emotional, cognitive, behavioral, and physical states. This awareness is crucial in helping you stay in the present moment, rather than stressing about past situations or worrying about the future. I also encourage my clients to revisit their attachment history, including early childhood experiences. This process can lead to greater connection with others and a deeper sense of inner peace. Additionally, I offer ketamine intention-setting, journeys, and integration as part of our work together. I earned my master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver and am an advanced Somatic Experiencing student.
