I am a licensed clinical therapist with over 16 years experience working with individuals, couples, children and families. My areas of expertise include working with anxiety disorders, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, trauma and substance abuse. I respect the courage that individuals have to be willing to reach out and be willing to engage in self exploration. I am so grateful to be able to be part of the journey and witness the profound changes in individuals. I am inspired every day by my client's and am passionate about helping individuals unleash their own strengths, regain hope and discover their potential. I use an eclectic approach to therapy. I meet the client where they are at and use the most effective modalities to address their situation. I offer a non-judgmental, supportive environment. My treatment approaches includes CBT, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Motivational interviewing and Humanistic approaches.
