I believe that therapy is a place to practice new ways of relating to each other and the world. We all have questions about who we are, often carrying around shame, guilt, and beliefs about not being “good enough.” Therapy is a place where we can hold those feelings up to the light and begin to examine them. With compassionate examination, we may even find some answers. It is an intentional and brave process. It would be an honor to partner with you in it.
