It is my goal to create an environment of acceptance, trust and understanding in which my clients feel safe, supported and heard. I use an integrative, client-centered approach and believe in tailoring my therapy approach and interventions to best fit my client’s needs and unique personality. I have experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds on issues of anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, burnout and self-identity. Being from Germany originally and having lived in three countries, I also enjoy working with clients with multicultural backgrounds on issues around cultural identity.
