Hello, I specialize in grief counseling- processing it, holding it and understanding your unique experience and how you can grow/live with it. I myself experienced a traumatic death at 13 years old and have walked beside folks since. I focus on helping understand how you grieve as an individual, and what you may need to hold space for your grief. I also specialize in working with young people. Supporting them in seeing, strengthening and engaging with their best self. I was a school counselor for 10 years and very much enjoy working with families while building internal and external relationships with love and accountability.
