I am a licensed psychologist who has extensive experience working with adults as they address concerns around adjustment, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and serious and persistent mental illness. I am also an experienced couples’ therapist and I am able to skillfully engage with adults as they navigate relationship challenges. ​ I have a strong background and passion for working with adults and couples who find themselves juggling the responsibilities of caring for aging parents and raising children at the same time. I also specialize in working with women regarding anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes.
