Hi, my name is Julie, I support individuals and couples who may struggle with communication, trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem. My job is to remind you of your strengths, explore what may be holding you back, give you tools to self-regulate and communicate your needs. I use a gentle, straightforward, and humorous approach to help you reconnect, understand yourself, and feel more empowered in your relationships and decisions. My goal is for you to overcome the obstacles that pull you back and understand your patterns and dynamics in a supportive and collaborative environment. In my couples work, I aim to understand your inner experiences and explore how patterns of moving away from each other repeat in your relationship. I focus on noting relational patterns, increasing effective and compassionate communication, and give you tools to create intentional connection. If you experience conflict or feel disconnected, we may be a fit.
