I see myself as a tool used to support and facilitate change in the client on their journey towards self-improvement. I have a diverse background working with children, adolescents, couples, and the LGBTQIA+ population. Influenced by cognitive, behavioral, client-centered, solution-focused, and existential theories; I use an eclectic approach tailored to fit each client's needs. I currently offer in-office appointments (DE only) and teletherapy sessions (DE & MD) via a secure online platform. With more than twenty years of experience, I specialize in substance abuse counseling and providing therapeutic care to clients suffering from anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar and other mood disorders. Additionally, I offer anger management and stress management to help clients cope with life's stressors.
