Many of us struggle to utilize positive coping to deal with previous challenges and future obstacles. Others of us are young, experiencing intense emotions, and do not know how to handle them. Some of us are parents who genuinely want to be more calm and peaceful around our kids. And there are also many of us who are facing big life changes, feeling unprepared for what we will find on the road ahead. All of us need an experienced and supportive guide along the way.
