I enjoy working with clients looking for neuro-affirming therapy, clients feeling curious about their relationship with alcohol, and clients struggling with trauma and attachment wounds. I'm familiar with the hurt of navigating a system that wasn't built for you, and I support neurodivergent adults, sober/sober curious individuals, and those navigating trauma in an increasingly overstimulating world.
