I am a Mental Health and Wellness Counselor, but before becoming a psychotherapist, I worked as a marketing consultant, which gives me a unique perspective to support individuals across the full spectrum of mental well-being, from personal growth and development to clinical therapy. I graduated from New-York University where I trained in individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, and trauma therapy. I blend psychodynamic, cognitive, and behavioral theories. Understanding why we think, feel, and act the way we do is essential before making meaningful changes or being able to accept our life circumstances.
