I aim to create a space where you could be open, honest and be yourself. I’m trained to help a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, relational issues, self-esteem, confidence, work-life balance, and life transitions . However, I do specialize in working with young adults/early career professionals. I am particularly skilled in working on relationship issues (family/friend/romantic) and integration of cultural/identity into my therapy work. I have experience and work well with all backgrounds, including BIPOC individuals, sexual orientations and gender identities.
