I work with individuals and couples and I specialize in working with stepfamilies. Most of my individual clients are living very productive lives, but struggling with things like anxiety, depression and relationship issues. Often times, clients have feelings of low self worth or a harsh inner critic. I strive to create a safe, warm space without judgement where we can understand the different aspects of who you are. Together we'll explore why you may be feeling stuck, and help you gain clarity to move forward.
