As an Integrative Psychotherapist with a background in social work and sex therapy, I utilize the tools I’ve acquired to practice using a collaborative and holistic approach, tailored to the unique needs of each individual client. My work is client-led and trauma-informed, grounded in evidence-based practices. My background is working with survivors of SA and trafficking, queer folks, couples, and adolescents. My work is designed to empower my clients to take steps towards healing by identifying their needs, harnessing their strengths, and reconnecting to parts of themselves with which they've lost touch.
