I strive to create a positive, compassionate, non-judgmental, space for healing. Whether it is exploring difficult emotions, planning for the future, or working through the past, together we will work toward being the person God created you to be. I am a Christian counselor who focuses primarily with the big issues in life, men's issues, depression, anxiety, change, trauma, motivation issues, sadness, worry, and letting your story be told. Through a mixture of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused methods, we will work together to help make you the person you were meant to be.
