I provide a welcoming, safe and non-judgmental space. I work with people who seek support for anxiety, depression, grief, loss, trauma, relationships, family issues, social challenges, identity, substance use, life balance, and life transitions/stressors. I support people with areas such as work, school, productivity, immigration, illness and self-care. I have experience working with, and welcome, people of different sexual orientations, gender identities, race, spirituality, and cultural backgrounds. I also have experience working with social workers and therapists.
