I work with adults and couples that are experiencing a variety of challenges. Regardless of their challenges clients that are desiring to change and are motivated to begin to shift the way they think, and act can find therapy helpful. Clients ideally want therapy to provide them with different feedback and perceptive. One should be seeking support because they do not want to continue to experience the concerns that have brought them to therapy in the first place.
