My focus is to walk alongside those I meet with humility, empathy, curiosity, and responsibility. It is my honor to help others struggling with trauma, grief, anxiety and many other burdens to make the next right move in the direction of peace in the midst of chaos and complexity. While I have focussed on work with aviators and first responders, I am always humbled to be invited into and trusted with anyone's walk.
