I work with individuals, couples, and families to better understand how past experiences affect current beliefs, emotions, relationships, and habits. Using a strength-based, collaborative approach, we will foster new mindsets and ways of being to help you move towards your values and goals. I am intentional and skilled in working with clients to alleviate suffering associated with anxiety, depression, complex trauma, ADHD, Autism Spectrum disorder, and/or life transitions. As a former educator, I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults as they grow into healthy interdependence and begin their careers.
