I enjoy helping clients understand themselves, maybe for the first time. We are presented with so many ideas, thoughts and noise that it can be hard to find our own voice and our own way. I work with clients who are seeking greater self-understanding, connection and empowerment in their lives. I can help you experience more personal clarity and congruence while also experiencing greater richness in life. I've also studied spirituality and have found that it has added more more depth to my life and my work as a therapist; I have experience with Buddhism, the Diamond Approach and shamanism.
