I specialize in Adult Counseling, Couples Counseling, Teen Counseling and Men's Issues. I offer my life experience as a former executive, coach, husband, and father along with my passion for helping people live meaningful lives. I left a successful career as a business executive in order to become a therapist. I chose this because I experienced first-hand how the pressures of life can take a severe toll on emotional wellbeing. I saw many others struggling with life challenges too, and my own growth through therapy has instilled within me a desire to help. I work with individuals and couples on issues including, loneliness and loss, anxiety/depression, addiction recovery, with a special focus on self-esteem, career, personal fulfillment, and relationship intimacy. I also focus on men's issues, especially with those who might be uncomfortable with the idea of trying therapy.
