My name is Justine Adelman, LMFT, and I am here to tell you that you are not alone. Whether you or your family member is struggling with anxiety, trauma, child-parent relational issues, anger management, behavior issues, parenting struggles, grief/loss, autism, ADHD, OCD or postpartum depression to name a few, we are in this together.
