Are you seeking reliable and effective care? I have been trained and certified in a variety of evidence based treatments and am dedicated to providing outstanding care based on years of research. I believe in working with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan and will track progress during treatment to insure progress. I work with individuals, families, couples, and groups. My focus is on those dealing with trauma, relationship difficulties, traumatic brain injury, anxiety and depression. I believe wellness can be found with incorporating recreation, connection to nature, mindfulness, and meditation into the therapeutic process.
