Because of personal healing experience with the creator of Narrative Therapy as a child, I have always dreamed of opening a private practice to help others. Working in mental health for over 15 years I felt the need for more creative therapy that doesn't feel boring or intimidating for young people. With that goal in mind, and kindness and encouragement as the basis of my work, K&E Therapy opened in 2021. At K&E we specialize in supporting children, teens, and young adults with creative and individualized techniques. Our expertise is in teaching unique coping strategies to people that can help in real world situations.
