I specializes in women's issues and am a postpartum mental health clinical specialist. I believe in helping women find their voice and trust in their intuition in order to live more authentic, balanced, and fulfilling lives. I offer individual and group therapy, including a postpartum support group! I am a client-centered therapist and believe that my clients are the experts on their own lives. My goal is to support clients with silencing their inner critic, and empowering their inner voice in order to navigate all of life's stages with grace and confidence.
