Do you feel like your past is impacting your present? Are you and your partner repeatedly having the same fights and getting nowhere? Is finding balance with your children a constant struggle? These are common issues I see, and I am here to help! My goal is not to change you. My goal is to empower you to discover your most authentic self and to help you foster healthy and fulfilling relationships. Connection is a basic human need. I understand how difficult it can be to feel alone or misunderstood. I also know how painful it is when the relationships that are supposed to nurture and support us become a source of pain. Whether you are coming as an individual, couple, or family, we will explore things such as attachment style, old stories/ patterns that no longer serve you, traumas, emotions, body sensations, habits, goals, strengths, and more. Together, we will look at the big picture and tend to any parts of you or your relationship that need support.
