Life can be beautiful but can also feel painful and challenging. It is easy to become distanced from ourselves and overwhelmed by feelings of anxiety, depression and grief. I believe that healing and empowerment come through being seen and witnessed. As your therapist, I will walk alongside you, helping you find the strength and courage to work through life’s challenges. My goal is to help people reconnect with their innate inner strength and learn to live out of a sense of purpose and belonging.
