I believe in meeting people where they are at and helping facilitate growth in them. I believe that people need to feel heard and valued in order to see their own solutions and be empowered to make changes. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing evidence based psychotherapy tp individuals. Treatment modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
