I work with people in seasons of change who are exploring gender or sexuality, leaving old roles, or redefining what fulfillment means. Many come to therapy with anxiety, depression, or relationship strain during these transitions. They may feel torn between safety and growth, which is an experience I understand firsthand as a member of the LGBTQ+ community. My role is to offer a grounded, compassionate space to see old patterns clearly and build the courage to live more fully.
