I’m passionate about supporting adolescent girls and young adult women who often feel pressure to be the strong one, the high achiever, or the one who keeps it together, even when things feel overwhelming inside. My areas of focus include working with current or former athletes, high-performing students, and young women navigating family pressures, eating disorders, ADHD, or growing up in homes impacted by addiction. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. There’s no hierarchy in the room — I’m not here as the authority on your life. We work together as a team, moving at your pace, building insight, and self-trust.
