Following a ten-year career in the corporate world, Kaelyn found herself drawn to a new path that would help her make a difference in the lives of others, which is when she decided to pursue a career as a therapist. She finds great meaning in guiding others towards a brighter future. In keeping with these values, Kaelyn encourages therapeutic approaches that help clients find purpose and deeper satisfaction in their own lives. While maintaining an empathetic, calm, and encouraging environment, Kaelyn believes in promoting change and challenging clients to examine the beliefs and actions that may have been holding them back. Working to identify unhelpful patterns can be uncomfortable; but Kaelyn provides a nonjudgmental space to explore these patterns. She strongly believes in the power of the individual to make changes, no matter their age or stage of life.
