Sara has been providing support to children with trauma and complex behavioral needs in both clinical and school-based settings for over 6 years. She collaborates closely with children and their families to enhance behavioral outcomes, promote emotional wellness, and help children reconnect with a strong sense of self. She recognizes and values the unique differences of each child, and tailors her approach to meet their individual needs. She specializes in working with school-aged children navigating ADHD, DMDD, ODD, depression, anxiety, trauma, and related behavioral concerns. Sara's work is grounded in the belief that every child has the capacity to grow and heal when given the right support, tools, and understanding. Her practice integrates play therapy, Social-Emotional Learning (SEL), Conscious Discipline, emotional regulation techniques, and behavioral interventions.
