About
Anxious adults stuck in patterns of worry, self-criticism, and hopelessness are a common sight in my therapy office. Psychotherapy can be a great tool for reducing stress, deepening self-understanding, improving relationships, and growing confidence. I work with individual adults trying their best to show up for themselves, their families, and communities. I also support family members of people struggling with addiction; as well as, those looking for support maintaining their own recovery. Together, I hope to facilitate a deeper understanding of your experience; and where we can, draw connections between the past and present. Coming to a clearer insight of one's situation can move people quickly into more preferred ways of being. In my practice I draw on: Coherence Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motiv. Interviewing and Psychodynamic Theory.
