Life can get messy, and I consider it a privilege to walk through the not-so-pretty parts of life with my clients. My therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, client centered, and collaborative. Whether you’re seeking to better understand your emotions, process difficult experiences, or simply find your footing at this moment—I would be honored to support you. I am especially passionate about working with women and teenage girls who are recovering from experiences of abuse. I currently work with clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, and recovering from past trauma.
