When I imagine my ideal client, I think of someone who has already shown incredible strength simply by deciding to seek support. They may be carrying exhaustion from trying to manage everything on their own, or feel stuck in a pattern that no longer serves them. Often, they long for steadiness, relief, and more connection to themselves and others. My role is to create a safe space where they can be fully seen, supported, and explore their own resilience and capacity to heal.
